Returns Policy

 

We will only ever sell goods that meet our high standards of quality, workmanship and value for money.

If you wish to return your item to us for any reason, you can do within 7 days of delivery. The terms associated with doing this are as follows:

• Item must be in the condition in which it was received (i.e. so it can be resold)
• You will receive "store credit" for the value of your item
• You assume all responsibility for returning the item to us. We recommend that it is sent back to us via recorded delivery

The above does not affect your legal rights, including with respect to faulty items. If an item does reach you faulty, please get in touch straight away. Most items carry a 12 month guarantee with our suppliers, and we will contact them on your behalf to arrange a replacement / refund. Most suppliers and manufacturers have a "usage" policy with  martial arts goods, so damage caused from incorrect use will not be covered, so please do bare this in mind.
