 Written for both beginners and advanced practitioners, this book takes you through both the 24 and 48 postures with  photos and written descriptions. 


 In Summary

 With the author openly admitting that this book will not turn you into a Tai Chi master overnight, you are taken through  the 24 and 48 postures, with descriptions including the strikes, locks and take-downs which are associated with each  movement.

 The pictures are helpful and the descriptions are well written, this is a good addition to the library of anyone who  studies Tai Chi, or who wishes to start.

 Although the book is supposed to be for all levels, if you are a complete beginner you will struggle to learn the  techniques from this book alone. This, and the poor quality of the prints available are the other reason why we have  only given this 3/5.
