About Hauser Bears
Hauser Bears is a charitable organisation committed to the conservation of bears worldwide and particularly targets the issues of bear bile farming in South East Asia, poaching for body parts and bears trapped in the entertainment trade.
Hauser Bears' approach is focused on education and research, putting great emphasis on changing attitudes to affect lasting changes for all bear species.

The Libearty Bear Sanctuary, Romania
Bear Martial Arts are proudly working with Hauser Bears to support the Libearty Bear Sanctuary, Romania.
Most of the bears at the Libearty Bear Sanctuary are rescued from a miserable life in tiny cages providing “entertainment” to restaurants, hotels, factories, petrol stations, circuses, and even monasteries. Several bears have also come to the sanctuary after Romania’s EU accession led to the permanent phasing out of some of the worst zoos in the country.
