Monday: 7:30pm - 9pm (Kumite - competition sparring and fighting only, aged 16yrs+, 5th Kyu up)
Tuesday: 6:30pm - 8pm (Karate All grades, all ages, beginners welcome)
Wednesday: 10am - 11:15am (Karate All grades, all ages, beginners welcome)
Wednesday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Karate All grades, all ages, beginners welcome)
Wednesday: 7:30pm - 8:30pm (Kumite development session, beginners and advanced welcome. This session is free to those on Gold membership, £5 to everyone else)
Thursday: 6pm - 7pm (Children only karate, under 13 years, beginners welcome)
Friday: 6:15pm - 7:30pm (Karate All grades, all ages, beginners welcome)
