 The Book in a Nutshell

Forrest Griffin was one of the top-ranked light-heavyweight mixed martial artists in the world. He won the first season  of The Ultimate Fighter in 2005 and has been one of the most beloved UFC fighters ever since. In this book Forrest  takes the reader through his thoughts on fighting, mental toughness, meeting women and other essential life skills.

 In Summary

This book really takes you inside Forrest's head. Sometimes you feel like you can hear him rambling to himself,  some bits making sense, some bits not, but all very funny and entertaining.

And entertaining is the best word to describe this book. Forrest does a good job at coming across as mad, and gives  a great insight into the world of UFC, fighting and his life in general.

A lot of the humour is MMA based, so if you are not are not a huge MMA fan you might not get it all, but this is a  good read, and definitely a book worth picking up if you ever have chance.
